It is a tooling machine with 1600 x 800 x 800 travels equipped with 5 work axes that can operate continuously. This machine is extremely strong and fast: infact it allows you to remove shavings in less time and concentrate more processings in a single pass.
The 5-axis work centre completes milling and drilling using tool holder spindles.
This machine allows to cut the piece under processing thanks to the electroerosion process, using a cnc program that defines the path of the cut. The working area of this appliance is 600 x 400mm.
The machined parts are measured with a good accuracy: consequently it is possible to set or correct the machining program. The main advantage of the EDM wire machine is that it does not deform the pieces; furthermore, it can work for long periods in autonomy without being handled by an operator.
Wallram Grindtec numerical control grinding machine allows processing of special profiles on parts with an 800mm maximum length and a 400mm diameter. The machine works on the basis of cam programming from three-dimensional files.
The numerical control grinding machine allows to optimize the production cycles in terms of excess stock, furthermore it guarantees the maximum precision and quality in the degree of surface finish. Lastly, this machine is able to work independently even without being handled by an operator.
In Me.ga we have 40 milling machines for tooling that are used for traditional processing. They are flexible machines, easy for the operators to maneuver and easy to re-tool.
Our machines include 7 normal or semi-automatic grinding machines that are used for the processing of single pieces and simple removals. These machines guarantee a very high precision in terms of tolerance and are handled by expert operators.
This machine compares the nominal profile set to the tested profile, and is equipped with a double Accredia certificate. The machine works in a metrological laboratory at constant temperature and humidity, and is used for final tests and intermediate checks between the various processes.
The Zeiss three-dimensional measuring machine guarantees an excellent metrological return on the real shape of the part, reducing the measurement doubt to a few microns.
